At Housing Matters, we provide real affordable housing options to rent or buy for the residents of Cornwall. Our mission is to create a better, more sustainable future for the communities of Cornwall by offering accessible and sustainable housing solutions.
We generate interest from Cornwall residents looking for affordable housing in their community; we then source the land for the developers to make it a reality. Once we have a minimum of applicants, we will offer to hold a meeting with everyone, and we welcome you to be actively involved in the whole process.
To qualify as a genuine local, you must have been born in the community we seek to help, lived there, or had parents/grandparents living there for at least five years. To fulfil the economy of scale recommendations, we will seek at least 30 applicants in a particular location. There is no charge for registering. If you qualify, please register now.
